- 2 semesters of studies in France: 1st year SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM engineering course
- 1 semester engineering internship in Japan
- 3 semesters in Japan: two semesters of studies + one semester Master’s internship in one of TDU’s laboratories
- 1 semester of specialisation at SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM
Cost of studies
SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM students pay reduced tuition fees to TDU.

By taking this course, you will obtain the SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM Engineering Degree and a Master’s from Tokyo Denki University.
To apply
In order to apply for this dual degree you must:
- have passed your first year engineering training at SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM
- obtain a one-semester engineering internship in Japan
- have level N3 in the "Japanese Language Proficiency Test" at least
- pass the TDU entrance exam
- submit a cover letter.
